1. Service Provider

2. Nature of Services

Study Frontier provides education consultancy services including university matching, application support, essay editing, DS-160 guidance, and visa interview coaching. All services are advisory in nature.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee university admissions, visa approvals, or any specific outcomes. Admission decisions are made solely by universities. Visa decisions are made solely by the U.S. Embassy.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
• Pay all university fees, visa fees, and application costs directly
• Review all submitted documents for accuracy before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws and university policies

5. Service Fees

Service fees are quoted on a per-service or package basis. Fees cover our time and expertise only — they do not include university application fees, visa fees, or government charges.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not request, and we will not provide: fraudulent document creation, misrepresentation of academic credentials, false financial documentation, or assistance with illegal activity. Violation results in immediate termination with no refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Study Frontier is not liable for visa rejections, university rejections, financial losses related to application outcomes, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
