Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Study Frontier is operated by Bader Echchalh. We aim to be fair and transparent about fees and refunds. Our fees cover professional time and expertise — not outcomes. Visa or admission rejections do not automatically entitle a refund.

2. Consultation Fee

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, as our time and advice have been provided.

3. Service Package Refunds

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus any bank/processing fees.
  • After work has begun (within 7 days): Partial refund based on work completed. A written breakdown will be provided.
  • After 7 days or once major deliverables are submitted: No refund, as significant work has been completed.

4. No Refund Circumstances

  • Visa rejection (this is a U.S. Embassy decision, not ours)
  • University rejection (this is a university decision, not ours)
  • Client-provided inaccurate information
  • Client failure to attend scheduled sessions without 48h notice
  • Services terminated due to client misconduct or prohibited conduct

5. How to Request a Refund

Email Contact@studyfrontier.com with your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
